EZ-HE 's services transcends the boundaries of estimating. Not only is it an effective, time saving, estimating solution for homeowners, in fact the "Safety" aspect our service offers has consumers of all types, specifically senior citizens embracing our services. enhancing our reputation and elevating our business model.
1. Meet with an EZ Rep. according to your availability
2. Discuss, view & detail the one or more projects you'd like to obtain multiple free estimates for
3. Your EZ Rep will the appropriate actions in creating a Bid Package that describes each project in detail, that includes; taking measurements, pictures, video, etc.
4. Bid Package is then sent out to the Handyman contractors in the EZ Pro-Network.
5. Within 7 business days, customers receive 3 - 5 estimates from contractors who have agreed to the terms written in the Bid package that includes the dates, days of the week and time specified in the bid package.
Measurements are taken and a detailed floorplan of the project area(s) is created. Items of importantance (Ex. Plumbing, Electrical, etc.), are noted, along with any potential obstacles that are openly visible while assessing the project area(s).
Photos and/or Video are also used to provide a visual of the project area(s).
Listening, taking detailed notes and asking the right questions are key to receiving accurate & complete estimates.
In capturing the customer's project vision and desired outcome, all project details, ideas, questions or concerns are discussed and documented for contractors to address. In addition, we collect all project data (measurements, floorplan, pics, etc.). All information (excluding customers personal information) is sorted and organized as a Bid Package, and emailed to Contractors in EZ's Pro Network and/or Contractor(s), specifically chosen by customer

All information contained in an EZ-HE bid package is detailed specifically to the customers project needs. By submitting an estimate/bid for a project, it is assumed you have read and agree to perform the job according to the details in the bid package.

After completing EZ-HE's software and field training program, consultants responsibilities consist of meeting with clients to discuss the specifics of their project. Using EZ's software tools, you will create a detailed floorplan of the project area(s), take precise measurements and pictures showing the area(s) relevant to the project.
