Pre-bid walk through/verification,... when customer decides on a contractor, their EZ-HE consultant will review & verify items noted in the bid package, ensuring customer and contractor are on the same page prior to beginning construction. .

3 valid references will accompany All estimates.... contractors in EZ-HE's network will provide a minimum of three references for customers to call and/or schedule a visit.

All estimates/designs are specific to customers project scope,... contractors who submit estimates, have agreed to the terms of the project detailed in the bid package, (dimensions, desired start date, customers availability to meet etc.)
