Contractors Estimate Bid Package...
*** Contractor reviews the project Bid Package... Agrees to customers specific terms: (availability, Start/Finish dates, etc.)... Addresses any questions and/or concerns, then... Submit their estimate! All estimates are usually received within 7-10 business days
